While designing the new function pack for The Old England Hotel, I planned updates based on customer and client feedback.
Previous iterations of the function pack were lacking important information, but contained an abundance of information irrelevant to customers.

Through my user research and feedback processes, I developed a new function pack design that met the client and the users needs.
